What I liked most about this place is their fabulous spa and wellness centre. The spa offers a range of treatments to soothe your mind, body and soul. From massages to facials, body scrubs to aromatherapy, there is something for everyone to indulge in. The trained therapists ensure that you feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each treatment. I especially loved the hydrotherapy pool that helped me unwind and destress.

Another standout feature of Raices Aconcagua is its swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day, while the seasonal outdoor pool is great for a swim during the cooler months. The sun terrace and sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the view of the garden area. The beach umbrellas were a lovely touch, and I appreciated the shallow end of the pool, which was ideal for children.

Lastly, the garden area was a delight to explore. The lush greenery and the variety of plants and flowers were a feast for the eyes. The garden was well-maintained, and the tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect place for meditation, yoga or simply escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of downtown. The staff was helpful and provided useful information about restaurants and tours.

The hotel had great infrastructure with private parking, a spa area, and a beautiful garden. The design and decoration at the reception and lounge, including the gardens, were stunning. The staff stored our bag while we explored other areas of Argentina, which was very helpful. The check-in process was easy, and the room was similar to our previous visit. The location of the hotel was excellent as it served as the perfect base for exploring the sights of Mendoza.
